Parent & Guardian Reminders

 

As we continue our learning into October and cold and flu season is upon us, please access the most updated version of the Ministry of Health's COVID-19 Screening Tool for Children in School and Child Care. 

Also, please remember that if your child is going to be absent, please call the school at 905-738-5497 or login to Edsby  https://yrdsb.edsby.com to report your child’s absence before 8:35 a.m.  Do not assume we know your child is still at home sick.  We require notification each day your child will be absent. 

If you are called to pick up your child, please come to the front door, push the "call" button to speak with the office. Kindly stand back from the door and do your part to social distance as you wait for your child. A staff member will accompany your child to the door and may wish to speak with you. As a lunch reminder, please remember to pack a reusable fork or spoon with your child's lunch.
